Vikings beat Green Bay Packers

By Vikings Fan | Posted Tuesday, November 11

In a real nail biter, the Minnesota Vikings squeaked by the Green Bay Packers at the Metrodome Minneapolis on Sunday, winning 28-27. It was the first time Vikings head coach Brad Childress beat the Packers. All this Vikings Fan can say is, "whew." Childress has the Vikings defense particularly Jared Allen and the Vikings offense particularly Adrian Peterson to thank for the victory. Peterson rushed for 192 yards and made the game winning touchdown and Jared Allen was his usual fiery self irritating the Green Bay offense.

The Vikings win puts them at the top of the NFC North Division and has made the Vikings Bears game on November 30th even that more crucial.
